Refund policy
All customers have 60 days from purchase date to return a product. To initiate a return, contact our Customer Service via email at Shop@Liquibox.com and include the:
- Liquibox Online order number;
- Number or SKU of the product(s) you want to return;
- Quantity of the product(s) you want to return; and
- Reason(s) for returning the product(s).
After we receive your email and the return information above, we’ll respond and provide you with a Return Authorization number. Include a copy of our email conversation with the return information and Return Authorization number when you pack the product(s) to ship back to us. You must return the product(s) in the same condition and in the original packaging in which we shipped them to you. Unless the product is defective, we cannot accept a return of our product that’s been opened or used.
II. RefundsAfter we receive the product(s) that you returned, we’ll inspect them. If we find that you’ve returned the product(s) in the same condition in which we shipped them to you, then we’ll process a refund to the same credit card that you used for purchase. We’ll include your shipping costs in the refund if the return is a result of our error (for example, the product was defective or we shipped the wrong product). We will communicate via email of any issues that prevent the approval.
You should receive the refund within 7-14 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. If you haven’t received a refund during this time frame, contact your credit card company ― it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
